2024 Vendors Information
The Mid-Atlantic Pre-War Swap Meet is strictly for Auto, Transportation, Steam & Gasoline Power plant, Antique Tools, and Farm Equipment-related items from the 1800’s through the 1940’s. Now including the Flat Head V-8 Era of Automotive History through 1953.
Period correct original and reproduction clothing is allowed.
At least 75% of items provided by vendors must be period correct and related to auto, transportation, steam & gas, or antique tools.
Furniture, modern crafts, modern jewelry or house wares are not permitted.
Set-up will begin Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 3:00 PM. We ask that vendors please commit to staying through Saturday so the weekday working public will have an opportunity to visit the Swap Meet. We will advertise this Meet through local media, as well as nationally, to take place through Saturday, May 11. Thank you for your consideration.
Space Size & Rates
12’ x 30’ @ $40.00 /space.
All multiple spaces rented by a single vendor will be side-by-side. (Example 2 sp. = 24’ x 30’ unless otherwise specified).
Vendor Meal to be held Friday, May 10, 2024, at 5:30 PM; Meal tickets must be purchased for $10/ticket for each attendee. Our club is subsidizing the meal cost at 50% allowing us to donate more to VFW Post 621.
Cancellation Policy – If you need to cancel, notice must be provided by May 1, 2024, to receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for no-shows and/or cancellation notices received after May 1, 2024.
